I adopted Dyson from Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League. He was very timid, and I was concerned about having to leave poor Dyson in his crate all day. That's when we found Louis! He walks Dyson every afternoon while I'm at work. Not only is he getting exercise but socialization also! Dyson is more confident now. It is so reassuring to know I can leave for work and be confident my baby is well taken care of in my absence.
One of the most difficult things to do is to find someone we can trust, and equally important, someone that truly cares about our pet. Louis ensures that I am informed of their activities daily and Dyson loves him!

Louis has taken care of my two doxies twice so far. The first time was for three days and the second for 7 days.
On our first meeting, I was impressed that he was so organized as we discussed their care. When I returned from my trip he had a daily account of their "happenings."
The second time, he was naturally more comfortable with the house and the doggies..and they him. He encouraged me to call as many times as I wanted to. The first day I called twice and finding out that all was well my calls shortened to once every day or every other day.
On my suggestion on my last trip, he left them in their crates before we actually got home. After arriving, we stopped for a short bite. Louis called to make sure our plane had landed and that all was well. He also called the next day to make sure that things were okay or if I had any questions about his notes.
Louis is very professional, thorough and very loving and caring. Sounds like the total package to me..that's who I want caring for my babies.
I will say quite honestly that the fact that he was an RN was big plus. It gave me more confidence that he would not panic in a situation and that he would be able to handle any problems.

Petsitter Extraordinaire!
After moving to a different county entirely we left our pet sitter of 15 years behind. With much concern we asked friends and neighbors if they knew of anyone. Luckily we had the pleasure of being introduced to Louis. Upon the first meeting we felt a comfort level and saw the interaction and rapport established with our pets (4 cats and 1 dog). With a huge relief we headed off on vacation.
During our trip we received daily email reports of all animals with questions and comments. This was a great comfort as we thought there would be a period of getting acquainted with our "special" family. Uncle Louie, as we now fondly call him, demonstrated much care, concern and experience in caring for all. He took time to get acquainted with all personalities and tried to cater to each animals' needs.
Upon returning home, we found a very contented animal family. It seemed they barely missed us!!! With absolute confidence we would recommend Uncle Louie to care for your home and beloved pets.
