We are now ready to enter the functions needed for our calculations into the appropriate cells. We will start by putting the function AVERAGE( ) into cell A11 which is highlighted.
We will use the built-in Function Wizard to help in getting our code correct. Begin by clicking on cell A11 and then typing the symbol "=" (do NOT use the quotes!) Then move your cursor over the fx box above column B. This box is shown active in the screen shot along with the normal pop-up infomation box that explains what will happen if you actually click on the iconto open the Wizard.
Click on the fx icon and then go to the next screen to see the result.
